Testosil covers the "Hormonal Base". You can stack other non-hormonal compounds to amplify specific results like cognitive focus or muscle hydration.
Safe & Synergistic Add-ons
1. Boron (Cycle it)
Goal: Extra Free Testosterone.
Testosil lays the foundation. Adding 6-10mg of Boron (cycled 2 weeks on, 1 week off) can further lower SHBG broadly. (Don't use continuously).
2. Creatine Monohydrate
Goal: ATP Energy & Volume.
Perfectly safe to mix. Creatine handles the "fuel tank" (ATP), Testosil handles the "engine" (Hormones). Take 5g daily.
3. Omega-3 (Fish Oil)
Goal: Cell Membrane Health.
Hormones need to pass through cell walls. Healthy lipid layers (from Omega-3) make your receptors more sensitive.
4. Shilajit (Primavie)
Goal: Mitochondrial Energy.
Works well with KSM-66 for energy. Provides fulvic acid which helps mineral absorption.
What NOT to stack
Do NOT stack with other testosterone boosters that contain Zinc or D3. Testosil already has high clinical doses. More is not better; it can be toxic. Avoid ZMA supplements while on Testosil.
