Zinc Bisglycinate
Zinc is the "spark plug" of testosterone. Without it, the engine doesn't start. But the form of Zinc matters more than the amount.
The Absorption Problem
Common multivitamins use Zinc Oxide. It's cheap, insoluble, and absorbs poorly (often causing nausea). Your body barely utilizes 10% of it.
The Chelation Solution
We use Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate (TRAACS®). The zinc atom is bonded to two glycine amino acid molecules. This allows it to pass through the intestinal wall as a protein, bypassing mineral competition channels. Absorption efficacy is ~300% higher.
Function 1: LH Synthesis
Zinc is required by the Pituitary gland to synthesize Luteinizing Hormone (LH). No Zinc = No LH = No instructions for testicles to tackle production.
Function 2: Anti-Estrogen
Zinc acts as a natural aromatase inhibitor, preventing the excessive conversion of your new Testosterone into Estrogen.
Deficiency is Common
Athletes sweat out zinc. If you train hard, you are likely deficient.
