The SHBG Problem

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) is a protein that latches onto testosterone molecules, rendering them inert. About 60% of your T involves this binding. Magnesium binds to SHBG instead, forcing it to release the testosterone back into circulation.

Result: Higher Free Testosterone without necessarily manufacturing more Total Testosterone. It's an efficiency upgrade.

For Athletes

Magnesium is vital for ATP production (energy). A deficiency leads to cramps, fatigue, and poor recovery.

For Sleepers

Magnesium activates the parasympathetic nervous system, preparing the brain for deep sleep. (See our Sleep Data).
